Issues with an Order Item?

At Lounge with Grace, we strive for perfection in every order. However, we understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary. We value you and will do our best to resolve any issues.

Our EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
  
• Exchanges are for the same garment category and price only. You may choose a different size or color within these parameters. For example, you can exchange a Blue Size Dual Robe S/M to ONE/TWO.
  
• Items for exchange must have the original price tag attached and be undamaged.  The item must be in a new, clean, unworn condition and not altered or embellished in any way.
  
• Special-order items or products that have been embroidered, embellished, or altered are not eligible for exchange.
  
• If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an exchange for a similar item.
